Where we ship

Hitah Lifestyle ships from Miami, Florida, across the United States. The checkout will show the shipping services available for your address. Contact hitahlifestyle@gmail.com if your address is not accepted. Our US store does not currently offer international shipping; customers in India can visit Hitah Home Goods.

Dispatch time

We dispatch completed orders no later than the next business day after receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. This is a dispatch promise, not a guarantee of delivery within 24 hours. If we cannot meet this promise, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped order, as required by law.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using carrier rates for the destination and selected service and are displayed before you place your order. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold. Any future promotion will state its eligibility and conditions before purchase.

Delivery and tracking

Transit time depends on the carrier, destination and selected service. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered. Weather and other carrier disruptions may affect delivery. We send tracking information when it is available.

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately about an error so we can try to correct it before dispatch. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will help investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution. Carrier handling does not remove your rights under applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

See our Returns Refunds Replacements and Cancellations policy for reporting problems and cancellation requests. Do not ship a return to the dispatch address unless we have provided return instructions.
