These Terms apply to purchases from hitahlifestyle.com, operated by Hitah Lifestyle LLC, based in Miami, Florida. Hitah Lifestyle serves the US market. Hitah Home Goods serves the Indian market; its prices, shipping arrangements and policies may differ.

Orders and prices

You must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian place your order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you place your order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; we will notify you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated charges.

We describe products as accurately as possible. Natural beeswax color and aroma may vary, and screens can display colors differently. Such variation does not excuse an incorrect or defective item. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and obtain your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order.

Shipping and customer remedies

Orders ship from Miami, Florida. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for dispatch times, delivery arrangements and your options if dispatch is delayed. If we cannot meet the promised dispatch time, we will notify you, explain the revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped order, as required by applicable law.

Safe use

Follow the care instructions supplied with each product. Never leave burning incense or candles unattended. Use suitable holders on stable, heat-resistant surfaces, with ventilation, away from children, pets and flammable materials. Keep car-fragrance pouches from obstructing driving visibility or controls. Stop use if smoke or fragrance causes discomfort. Products are not sold as treatments for medical conditions.

Website content and support

Our brand names, photographs and original content belong to us or their respective owners. Do not use the site unlawfully or interfere with its operation. We take reasonable care with the site, but outages or errors may occur. Third-party links have their own terms. Shopping-assistant suggestions do not change the product listing, confirmed order or customer policies; contact us about conflicting information.
